2. Condition of the Shirt: The shirt must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip must accompany the return to verify the purchase.

4. Return Process:

   – Online Purchases: Contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Package the shirt securely and include the receipt or order details. Ship the item back using the provided return label (if applicable) or a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

   – In-Store Purchases: Return the shirt to any of our store locations within 2 days with the original receipt.

5. Refunds or Exchanges:
